Cheese Cake
This is the recipe I used believe its cheesecake  #17 then modified them to change it up. I line bottom of pan with parchment paper then spray bottom and sides with pan. I also pound out air bubbles for the original cheesecake for about 20-30 mins others just a few since I'm covering them anyway. I also prefer to loosely cover with foil.
Ingredients
  • subheading: Filling:
  • 16oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (sometimes I add more)
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temp)
  • 2 eggs (room temp)
  •
  • Sour cream topping
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
Steps
  1. Cook on high for 28 mins, natural release for 10
  2. OREO CHEESECAKE- (there are 2 in pic) used a oreo crust with the cream I think like 15 oreos with 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter added oreos to the batter the next day I topped with homemade ganache and oreos.
  3. REESE'S CUP CHEESECAKE- 15 oreos with about 2 to 3 tablespoons melted peanut butter instead of butter. Normal filling with chopped up Reese's cups inside (I did not add peanut butter to the filling). Topped with reese's and drizzled ganache and melted peanut butter.
  4. SUGARFREE(ISH) BROWNIE BOTTOM CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE- used a box of sugar free brownies saved ½ cup for top made same batter but substituted truvia for the white sugar, mixed in sugar free chocolate chips. Drizzled top with sugar free ganache and scattered sugar free chocolate chips.
  5. APPLE PIE CHEESECAKE- did a Graham cracker crust but added apple pie spice to the crust. Same batter but added apple pie spice and some apple pie filling. Topped with apple pie filling and dutch apple pie topping. Topping I took 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of flour and ½ cup of brown sugar makes together until it was crumbly then mixed in some apple pie spice(not sure how much I just kept tasting until I like it). Put on baking sheet and baked at 350 for like 10 mins. (I'm guessing on time I wasn't watching a clock and I didn't set a timer) it actually melted into 1 giant cookie. So I let it cool and put it in the food processor and came out exactly how I wanted it to.
