Key Lime Fat Bomb
Ingredients
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp key lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
Steps
  1. Melt cream cheese in saucepan, stirring constantly.
  2. add butter, coconut oil, whisk in cream.
  3. Stir in lime juice, zest, sweetener.
  4. Pour into small containers (1 to 2 oz).  Chill until firm.
