Hydrated Hummingbird (FP)

Servings: 1-½ - 2 quarts

Servings: 1-1/2 - 2 quarts
Ingredients
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 to 4 ounces fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 pinches Mineral salt
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Super Sweet Blend
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
Steps
  1. Chop veggies, ginger, and lemons into chunks (You can remove the skin from the lemons if you want, but I seldom do. If the skin is not too thick, I leave it on.) Throw them into a blender (I don't even bother taking out the lemon seeds... all of it goes in) with 2 cups of the water. Blend until everything is completely smooth.
  2. Strain pulp out by pouring through a cheesecloth or a very fine sieve.
  3. Add the remaining 4 cups of water, plus the rest of the ingredients. Sitr and serve over ice.
Notes
  • Feel free to add 1 tsp Dynamic Duo Greens Powder to this sipper if you want.
