Semolina Pudding (Sooji Ka Halwa)
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup (66g) granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon table salt, optional
  • 2 ½ tablespoons (28g) ghee
  • ¼ cup (41g) King Arthur Semolina Flour
  • 2 tablespoons (21g) raisins, packed; optional
