Taiwanese Bakery Sourdough Focaccia
Ingredients

  • 2 cups + 1 tablespoon (248g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  • vegetable oil, for greasing the dough and pan

  • toasted sesame oil or chili oil
  • 2 links of Taiwanese sausage,* sliced (Chinese sausage or lap cheong can be substituted)
  • 2 scallions, both white and green parts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup (50g) fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • sesame seeds
  • Garnish
  • Kewpie mayonnaise, to taste
