  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cut up
  • ½ cup buttermilk (plus more for brushing)
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
