  1. 1 envelope Onion soup Mix, prepared from package directions
  2. ΒΌ EACH cup peeled and finely minced celery, carrot,  and tender cabbage leaves (microwave all w a splash of water for a couple minutes in a covered Tupperware first, just to kind of soften, or leave raw)
  3. 1 T dill and parsley , minced
  4. Drain veggies, if nuked
  5. Mix EVERYTHING together, let sit overnight.
  6. It's like veggie cream cheese but better. You can always add a little more Mayo, yogurt or whatever if too chunky. If not salty enough, add a bit of concentrated veggie stock.
  7. Serve topped with raw extra veggies and scallion.
