Keto Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls (No Bake)

Ingredients
  • 80 g Sunreal Dates - Pitted Dates (Sub for Golden Berries to make them 2.9g Net Carbs Per Ball)
  • 30 g Cocoa Powder
  • 30 g Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup (Queens Brand)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (Melted)
  • 15 g Erythritol with Stevia Sweetener Powdered or Natvia Powdered or Monk Fruit Powdered
  • 120 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 90 g Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 70g Cashew Nuts
  • 70 g Walnuts
Steps
  1. subheading: Making the mixture:

Get your food processor and add 80 g Sunreal Dates, 30 g Cocoa Powder, 30 g Maple Flavored Syrup Sugar Free, 2 tbsp Coconut oil, 15 g Erythritol with Stevia Sweetener Powdered, 120 g Desiccated Coconut, 90 g Whey Protein Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence, 70g Cashew Nuts, 70 g Walnuts and whizz all the ingredients together until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Use about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into a ball in your hands, repeat to get 20 protein balls.

  5. Put some desiccated coconut into a bowl and roll the protein balls in the coconut until they are fully covered.
  6. Store the protein balls in a airtight container in the fridge, Enjoy
