  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup canola oil for pan frying
  • tartar sauce optional, to serve with the crab cakes
  • lemon wedges optional, to serve with the crab cakes
