Quick and Easy Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats- you can use gluten-free, if desired.
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup zero sugar Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond, coconut, soy, etc.)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ Tbsp sugar free syrup or 1 tsp ChocZero honey
  • Fruit for topping: such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or bananas.
