  • 2  large eggs  (lightly beaten)
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce  (optional)
  • zest of one lemon
  • Canola or vegetable oil  (to cook the patties)
