I have a bunch of friends who have jumped on the Instant Pot train (woo wooooo!), and many have asked me about yogurt. We all have our trials and errors, and things that work best for each of us. This is just what works best for me :) Sometimes I strain at the end and sometimes I don't, but I've never had a bad batch :) 122oz of yogurty goodness today.
