Filling Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup rolled oats, or quick cook oats. Use gluten free for a gluten free option
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
