Creamy Chicken Chili

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (15oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked, chopped bacon (optional)
  • 1 (1oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (8oz) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Cilantro
  • Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. 1. Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker
  2. 2. Add all ingredients on top of chicken & stir together
  3. 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours
  4. 4. Remove chicken and shred using two forks & return to slow cooker. Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
