Kid friendly slow cooker

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 to 5 carrots, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • lots of plain yogurt, to serve on top
