Oatmeal Jam Bars by Chef AJ
Ingredients
  • 6 bananas
  • ½ cup non dairy
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 jars unsweetened jam (blueberry, strawberry or raspberry)
  • 3 cups oats
  • 8 oz blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.
  • lemon or orange zest
Steps
  1. Mash bananas
  2. Add all other ingredients except jam
  3. Spread jam on top of mixture
  4. Bake 35 minutes , 350 degrees preheated oven.
  5. Let cool, cut into squares.
