Grilled Chicken Rasta Pasta
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into long strips
  • ½ red onion, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 1 pound rolled bucatini pasta (or penne)
  • 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced (or 1 to 2 serrano peppers)
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons powdered chicken bouillon

  • 1 ½ cups reserved pasta water
