Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup plain yoghurt, full fat (300g)
  • 3 ½ cup almond meal / coarse almond flour / ground almonds (350g)
  • 6 medium eggs or 5 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries and/or raspberries (100g)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp granulated sweetener (So Nourished) depending on your sweet tooth
