Maple Almond Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ oz baby kale 2 cinnamon applesauce - chopped
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple almond butter 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

  • Apples are such a common fruit that they’re almost overlooked when it comes to health benefits, but they’re actually quite healthy. In addition of a healthy amount of fiber, the antioxidant compounds found in apples have also been connected to a healthier heart. Kale another common ingredient that’s still super healthy, packing a big dose of fiber, iron and vitamin K in a small serving. Sweeten things up with some maple almond butter and anti-inflammatory spices, and you have a super delicious apple pie in a glass.
