Maple Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
2 yellow, 1/2 red
Ingredients
  • 1/2 c rolled (old fashioned) oats, raw
  • 4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 c + 2 T plain yogurt (aka half 21 Day Fix red container)
  • 2 t maple syrup (3 t, if you have a sweet tooth)
  • 1 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
