Ingredients

  • 3 cups veggie ground (linked on video)
  • 4 tbsp  chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 3 tsp dried sage
  • ¾ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp garlic granules
  • salt to taste

  • Preheat oven to 350. Combine and mix your ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 8 portions (for large ones) Roll into balls. Place rolled balls on parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • subheading: Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for min. 2 hours)
  • ½ to ¾ cups water OR cucumber juice from straining the grated cucumber
  • 1 ½ tbls lemon juice
  • ½ tbls apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbls fresh dill chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt OR TO YOUR TASTE
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 European cucumber grated and strained
