Weight Watchers Chicken Taco Cups
Ingredients
  • Cooking spray

  • ⅓ cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¾ cup canned, frozen or fresh corn
  • ½ cup reduced fat Mexican style grated cheese mix
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 Corn Tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 pound shredded cooked chicken breast
