Air Fry Chicken Drums

Ingredients
  • 8 chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • ½ box Ritz crackers
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp sage
  • ⅛ tsp cumin
  • ¼ fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp curry (optional)
  •  
  • 1 egg beaten
Steps
  1. In a plastic bag crush crackers. Add remaining spices and shake bag until well mixed.
  2. Beat egg in a small bowl. Take chicken pieces one at a time and dip in egg then drop in bag. Shake bag to coat evenly. Preheat air fryer for about 4 minutes.
  3. Place 4 pieces of chicken on each side of parchment lined air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 26 minutes. Halfway through turn chicken over with silicon tongs.
  4. Chicken is ready when an inserted instant read thermometer registers 175°F.
