Protein Cauliflower Oats with Sauteed Strawberries
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • ⅓ Cup Strawberries, sliced
  • ½ Cup Rolled, old fashioned oats (GF if needed)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sweetener of choice (I use stevia)
  • ½ Cup Frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 ⅓ Cups Water
  • 3 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew butter (or any nut butter)
