Traditional Lehman Christmas brunch
- 1-½ lb. sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
- 9 eggs slightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 sliced bread, cubed
- 1-½ cups grated cheddar cheese
- Combine all ingredients together in a 13x9" casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
