Sausage Souffle
Traditional Lehman Christmas brunch

Ingredients
  • 1-½ lb. sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
  • 9 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 sliced bread, cubed
  • 1-½ cups grated cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a 13x9" casserole.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Uncover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
