Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta noodles (4 cups )
  • 650 grams raw shrimp (about 2 cups med shrimp or use how much you want)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced (if you a garlic love use more)
  • 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (more to season at the end of cooking)
  • Cayenne pepper, pinch
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (33 to 35%, or for a thinner sauce use 1 ½ cups heavy cream and ½ cup light cream)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (can use more)
  • Salt or seasoned salt
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (lightly-packed, or shredded Kraft 4-Cheese Italiano blend)
