- 1 ½ lb. baby red and gold potatoes
- 5 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2” segments
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
