  • 8 scallions, cut into 1” pieces
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
