  • (about 30g / 1 oz) roughly chopped

  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  •  
  • 1½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  •  
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • (or wholegrain)

  • 1 tablespoon tahini
