Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1 cup of arrowroot or tapioca flour
- 125ml (½ cup) of coconut milk
- 125ml (½ cup) of filtered water
- pinch of salt
- coconut oil/olive oil/butter for frying
Steps
- Combine all ingredients for the Wrap except the oil and mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Melt the oil in a small non stick frying pan.
- Add a quarter of the batter and swirl the pan to ensure it evenly coats the base, use the back of a spool to help you.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then carefully flip with a spatula and cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter, you may need to add some more coconut oil between batches.
- Keep aside in a clean towel to keep warm.
