Chewy Honey Coconut Granola
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ⅓ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup unrefined coconut oil
  • ¼ cup raw honey (may substitute Grade B Maple Syrup)
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or cherries (recommend Eden Organics)
