Ingredients
  • 2 racks baby back ribs

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup white grape juice or apple juice

  • 3 inch fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced)
  • 6 scallion whites (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
