Healthy Mongolian Beef

  • 1 pound shaved beef I love Trader Joe’s shaved steak
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch non-GMO
  • 3 to 6 scallions trimmed and thinly sliced

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Steamed broccoli roasted veggies, riced cauliflower
  • Cooked brown or white rice for serving
