Ingredients
  • 1 large bunch celery
Steps
  1. Wash one bunch celery in the sink with vinegar, rub and rinse well.
  2. Cut/Discard a little off of the top and bottom of the bunch. Cut off the large leaves so it is not as bitter.
  3. Rinse the stalks under the water again before adding them to your juicer. Depending on the juicer you use, you may need to chop the celery in large chunks instead of leaving them long.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach and wait 20 to 30 minutes before having breakfast.
