Baked Honey Wings

  • 1 tsp. superfine sugar (optional)
  • 1 scallion, green parts only, minced, or use chives (about 1 Tbsp.) (optional)
  • ¼ cup Chinese duck sauce (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. Chinese or Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic, (2 to 4 cloves)
  • 1 lb. broccoli, cut into spears or florets
