Kimchi Sundubu-Jjigae

  • ½ cup kimchi

  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru, coarse
  • 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
