  • 8 ounces crab meat canned
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs such as Panko brand
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chives or 1 teaspoon of dry chives
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • sprinkle of black pepper and Himalayan salt
  •  
  • Spicy Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce
  • ½ cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted (can use vegan butter)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dry oregano
