Ingredients
  • 1 cup Uncooked white rice, long grain
  • 2 cups Water
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)
