Buffalo Wild Wings Street Taco

Servings: 8 Street Tacos

Servings: 8 Street Tacos
Ingredients
  • My version of Buffalo Wild Wings Street Tacos
  •
  • Yield: 8 or more depending on size of tortilla and amount of chicken used
  •
  • 8 6- inch Flour Tortillas
  • 16 ounces/1lb Grilled Chicken (chopped)
  • 12 ounces shredded Cheese of your choice (I use cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 4 to 8 teaspoons Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce, or sauce of your choice
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch Sauce
  • Pico de Gallo for garnish (I just buy store brand, you could easily make your own with tomato, onion, and cilantro)
  • Sour Cream
  •
  • Grilled chicken can be grilled and season to taste prior to chopping and assembling Street Tacos. I have included my recipe for the above mentioned chicken below.
  •
  • 16 ounces/1lb uncooked chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika (I use sweet paprika, use your desired choice of paprika)
Steps
  1. subheading: Steps for chicken:
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towel
  3. Add salt and pepper to desired taste
  4. Coat both sides in paprika
  5. Cook chicken using your preferred method - be sure chicken reaches 165°
  6. (I cook the chicken in my air fryer at 375° for 15m)
  7. Once cooked let rest for 10 minutes then chop
  8. Heat up a skillet with just enough oil to coat the pan, about 1 to 2 tbsp depending on size of skillet
  9. Place chopped chicken in skillet, add desired amount of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce (or sauce of choice), cook until all of the chicken is coated and sauce is hot
  10. subheading: Steps for Street Taco:
  11. Place open face tortilla on a microwave tray.
  12. Place chicken and cheese down middle of tortilla in a line.
  13. Portion line of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch evenly down middle of the tortilla.
  14. Warm tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  15. Sprinkle lettuce down middle of the tortilla.
  16. Portion line of sour cream down middle of the tortilla atop lettuce.
  17. Top with Pico de Gallo
  18. Fold the tortilla in half, press lightly to ensure even thickness.
Notes
  • I usually use 1Lb (16oz) so I have leftovers. To reheat I just put the leftover back into a skillet with a little more Garlic Parmesan till it gets hot, or you could reheat in the microwave. I recommend using the amount of chicken you want and seasoning to your taste. After that, the steps are the same.
  • Be cautious with the amount of cilantro. I've noticed when I put too much on the meal tastes soapy.
