Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 cans chili beans, 2 to 3 cans petite diced or diced tomatoes, tomato juice, 1 to 2 lbs hamburger, 1 onion, 2 packs chili seasoning, 1 T chili powder, crushed red pepper to taste (start with 1 to 2 t)
Steps
  1. Brown hamburger (salt and pepper). While it is cooking dice onion and add to hamburger. Drain grease. Add beans, tomatoes, and some juice (you can add more later if needed). add chili powder, chili seasoning, and red pepper. Simmer at least one hour before serving.
