Tina Evens Place 2 tablespoon vinegar in each of the jars (I could have put 5 canning jars in, but only had 4). Add food coloring, add some water, gently place eggs in jars (I had 2 eggs in each color), add more water to cover eggs, Place jars in IP on trivet. Ad d about 1 1/2 cups water to inner pot. Cook for 5 minutes, I let them NR cause I was doing some work and forgot about them. I did not cover jars. The are the Ball jars to withstand the high temp without breaking. Enjoy!
