  • 16-oz. bag frozen fire roasted or sweet corn, thawed
  • 16-oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables of choice, thawed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Mexican/Fajita/Taco spice blend
  • 16-oz. jar Salsa (salt-, oil-, sugar-free preferred)
