Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¾ cup long grain white or brown rice (uncooked, not instant)
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup white granulated or brown sugar substitute- I use Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raisins, optional
  • Garnish: cinnamon or nutmeg
