Easy Vegan Rhubarb Oat Crumble
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder, or cornstarch
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • subheading: For the crumble:
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup fine ground almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ cup refined coconut oil, softened (but not liquid)
