GF Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter or dairy-free butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 ¼ cup gluten-free all purpose flour we used GFJules - affiliate link
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries you could sub raisins or dried cherries, but dried cranberries are our preference
  • ½ to ¾ cup white chocolate chips sub semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
