Chicken Chop Suey
Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup low sodium chicken stock
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 carrots, match sticked
  • 1 stalk celery (80g, thinly sliced)
  • shredded cabbage (170g, cut into ¾” x 2” pieces)
  • broccoli
  • onions
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 can sliced waterchestnuts
  • 1 cup snow peas (3 ounces or 85g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
