¼ t cloves ¼ t cloves
1 t nutmeg 1 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon 1 t cinnamon
 
1 c applesauce 1 c applesauce
1 c raisins 1 c raisins
1 c chopped walnuts (optional) 1 c chopped walnuts (optional)

Cream oil and sugar
Add in eggs and combine
In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, soda and spices
Combine sugar mixture, flour, and applesauce and beat well.
Stir in raisins and optional nuts
Pour into well greased 9x13 pan
Bake 350 25 to 30 min
