Garlic and Butter Scallops & Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 1 lb scallops, fresh or frozen
  • ½ lb shrimp (deveined)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Steps
  1. Rinse scallops/shrimp and thaw if frozen.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add in the garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the scallop/shrimps to the skillet and cook about 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and serve!
