Ingredients
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (10 to 12 oz each)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup marinara, homemade or store bought
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded fresh basil
