  • 1 ½ cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 10 mins then drained)
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • ½ cup raw cacao
  • 2 tbs. nut butter or tahini
  • 1 tbs. rice malt syrup
